| Val Vista Meadows is a neighborhood of 208 homes. The builder was Monterey homes which also goes by the name of Meritage homes, and recently purchased the homebuilder Hancock homes. The home values in the neighborhood, along with most of Gilbert, have done very well. Our goal is to continue to have property values increase for the neighborhood. Homes that were purchased for 270k 5 years ago are now selling for close to 500k! |  |
